Delivery & Returns


Mahaprasad Limited provides a secure payment system by utilising the services of Stripe  for all online payments. Payments can be submitted online using protocol 168 bits SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the strongest commercially available level of encryption. The private data of the Purchaser will always be encrypted whilst in transit over the Internet. The Purchaser should see a solid padlock in their browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place. Credit card payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Meastro and American Express.

Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been made in full.


The risk in the goods shall pass from the seller to the buyer upon delivery of such goods to the buyer. However, notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, title and property in the goods, including full legal and beneficial ownership, shall not pass to the buyer until the seller has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for all goods delivered to the buyer under this and all other contracts between the seller and the buyer for which payment of the full price of the foods thereunder has not been paid.


Mahaprasad Limited will make every effort to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of receipt and aim to deliver to the customer within 2-3 working days.

We use several different couriers, depending on address and parcel size, to ensure deliveries arrive in good condition as soon as possible. If they are unable to deliver the goods they will either be taken to a local collection point and held for up to 5 days for collection, where proof of ID will be required in order for the goods to be released, or else returned to Mahaprasad Limited.  Once Mahaprasad Limited have dispatched the goods any change of delivery address by the customer may incur an extra carriage charge.

All time periods quoted will be extended to the next working day if they end on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. This includes all cancellation periods and the time limits for refunding goods and providing refunds.


In the event of damaged Goods, the Purchaser shall notify Mahaprasad Limited within 3 days of receipt of Goods. Mahaprasad Limited will automatically replace or refund faulty or damaged goods however the customer must retain the damaged goods for inspection by the carrier.


If 1-4 boxes of crisps are ordered a delivery charge of £6.99 will apply anything over 5 boxes will be delivered free of charge. For all other delivery costs, please contact us for details.


Mahaprasad Limited reserves the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if for any reason the items listed on the website are not available. Please note we will contact you via email to inform you of any planned substitution prior to your order being dispatched.



To place a Click & Collect order, add the items to your basket to complete your transaction.

Orders will be ready for collection during store opening hours. When you are ready to collect, please bring your Ready for Collection email and photo ID of the person who placed the order to the store to get your order. This email can be printed or presented on a smartphone or tablet. Your order will be held and available for 14 days following the date of order. We cannot hold orders longer than this. Once this time expires, your order will be cancelled.

If you order a large or heavy item, please ensure you have the means to easily collect the item.

Will I be charged if my Click & Collect order was cancelled?

You should have received an email to confirm your order has been cancelled. There is no further action required by you and you will not be charged. On cancellation of your order, for any reason, the pre-authorisation hold on the card used for the order, will be released. It may take 7-14 working days for this process to be completed, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please note, this delay is not on the part of MahaPrasad Limited and is completely outside of our control.



All Click & Collect purchases are subject to MahaPrasad Limted Terms and Conditions. In addition, please see below Click & Collect terms and conditions.

  1. When placing an order on our website, you will be given the option to choose our Click & Collect service where available, which will allow you to collect your item(s) from us.
  2. On placing a Click & Collect order, you will immediately receive an email confirming your order has been received and is being processed.
  3. When you place your order, you will be requested to provide payment details. In providing these details you confirm full payment for the goods.
  4. Where your order does not progress or is cancelled for some reason, you will receive an email confirming this position.
  5. In the case where your order contains a number of items and one or more of them is not available, you will receive an email confirming your updated order and confirmation that your updated order is ready for collection.
  6. On arrival at the Click & Collect Counter 1) your unique Order Number 2) Photo Identification of the person who placed the order
  7. Please do not arrive in store before you have received your email containing a unique Order Number confirming that your order is ready. We will make every effort to ensure your selected item(s) is available for collection within the indicated timeframe.
  8. Once you have successfully collected your ordered item(s), you will receive your receipt by email.
  9. If you do not collect your order within the indicated timeframe of 14 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive an email confirming this order status.
  10. On cancellation of your order, for any reason, a full refund will be issued. It may take 7-14 working days for this process to be completed depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please note this delay is not on the part of MahaPrasad Limted and is completely outside of our control.
  11. We cannot be held liable for any losses or costs arising where an item is unavailable.


Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of the date of the customer receiving the Goods. Where this right is exercised the Purchaser will be refunded the full amount minus any perishable goods which cannot be resold and any items which have been consumed, opened or damaged by the Purchaser. The refund will take place within 30 days. All goods must be returned in good condition at the purchaser’s cost. We reserve the right to refuse goods that are unsealed due to health protection or hygiene reasons. If the Purchaser wishes to cancel the contract, the Goods must be returned to MahaPrasad Limited, 502-504 Honeypot Lane, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 1JR at the Purchaser’s expense.



In the event of substandard Goods, the Purchaser shall notify Mahaprasad Limited by telephone or email within 28 days of receipt of Goods and whilst the Goods remain within the best before date shown on the pack or outer case. The purchaser will be required to return the goods to Mahaprasad Limited and if, on inspection of the returned goods, the Seller finds them to be substandard the Seller will dispatch replacement goods.

We aim to replace or refund customers within 28 days of receipt of goods. We reserve the right to refuse goods that are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.


Mahaprasad Limited reserves the right to refuse service to any customer it believes is using products or coupons in a manner they were not intended. This includes re-sale of items as well as the creation of multiple email addresses to receive and use repeat discount codes.


Mahaprasad Limited will make every reasonable effort to meet the dispatch date offered. Mahaprasad Limited shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, embargoes, wars, riots, failure or delays in transportation, compliance with laws or regulations, securing necessary export licences or other causes beyond the control of Mahaprasad Limited.


We are committed to providing the best quality good for our customers but if something is not right with your purchase, we need you to tell us about it.

For all complaints, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or phone 0208 148 8218 between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to respond to all complaints made within 3 working days, but during busy periods this could be extended. We will then review your complaint and hopefully resolve your complaint within 7 working days.


No warranty is given by Mahaprasad Limited that their website will be constantly online or free of defects and errors at any time.
